Original Recipes of Rendang - Rendang is one of indonesian food is known in many country in the world. Rendang in the area of origin (Minangkabau -West Sumatra) is called "Randang".   • Scrub 500 grams of beef, beef widened approximately 12 parts

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • pecan 5 grains
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • turmeric 1/2 cm
  • ginger 1 cm
  • salt to taste

How to Make Rendang ?

  1. Cut meats like dice according to taste
  2. Puree onion, garlic cloves, red chili, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, salt to taste in a blender until smooth
  3. Heat oil, saute ground spices, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and deaf until fragrant.
  4. Insert the meat, stir until it changes color.
  5. Pour the coconut milk and add the toasted coconut shavings, cook over medium heat, stirring gently to the boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and cook until the meat was overcooked, greasy and browned.
  7. Lift and serve. 
  8. Sprinkle with fried onions
